My holistic approach to perimenopause embraces education (to help you feel empowered through knowledge about what is happening in your body), blood testing, possible referral for Menopause Hormone therapy (MHT) (the new HRT), nutrition, natural remedies and lifestyle adjustments to support you through this transitional stage of life and prevent any long-term health consequences.
